Baking soda on teeth to remove stains on front top teeth and bottom teeth ?

is it safe? How long will it take to see results? How do i use it? And type of toothpaste and good brands for toothbrush i use colgate 360 is that gud? I want my stain teeth to go away soon i have no money or insurance for dentist. Thnx
