A little Testical pain?

Alright I have 1 testical and the otherday I woke up with a little pain in my testical. This morning same thing just alittle pain. I can feel it through out the day but it's not like holy ****! This hurts! I do masterbate like 2 a day every day and me and my girlfriend have sex or I get just a bj a couple times a week. I had this happen a couple years ago but the pain just went away and yes I masterbated then to ( I'm 16 ) since I only have 1 I'm a little concerned but I read that real issues involve tons of pain and a fever and vomiting. Any imput would be great.
