Is it ok to use a friends toothbrush if you stay the night at thier house?

In this situation you are better off not brushing your teeth - you can get diseases by using someone elses toothbrush. Have you ever thought about getting one of those travel toothbrushes - you can get them at london drugs and they also come with a tiny thing of floss. I carry one of these with me in my purse.
