Have I sinned against the Holy Spirit?

Hi. I was raised to be a Christian but I was never serious about it until recently. I'd never really read the Bible until now. It says speaking against the Holy Spirit is unforgivable but I don't quite understand it all(I know it's part of the Holy Trinity). And I don't know if I've spoken against it or not. I read some things in my Bible and I get scared. I think "have I don't that? If so, I'm doomed." I don't even know what kind of answer I'm looking for on here, I'm just...I don't know. If there are any Christians who want to offer advice or say anything at all, please do.
