well you have too relax make sure you know no-one will come into where your doing it, if theres something that turns you on lie a dirty movie then watch it. for an orgasm you have too rub your clit (the hightest point on your vagina, it stiks out abit) some people use the circular motion because its more relaxed, i prefer rubbing it realy fast from left to right (or vice versa) you just do that until you feel like you want too resist but keep on doing it, that works for most but if not then just explore:)
