I am japanese. i would like to work in America. Is it possible to work there?

i am a japanese woman who will graduate next year. many people have told me that it is almost impossible to work there since i am not a native English speaker, my major is Linguistic and I dont have a visa. i really wanna work and live in america. are there any ways to live there except internships and marrying an american?
