I drank a soda is this bad?

I quit soda back in december for my own reasons, I just drank an entire can, will it rot my teeth, i just rinsed my mouth with water. Also I brushed them an hour ago, because I'm not brushing them tonight because I'm staying the night at a friends and forgot my toothbrush :(
